Fundamentals of Project Management

Fundamentals of Project Management with Tricia Broderick and Michigan Technology Services

A PROJECT MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP CREATED BY THE CO-AUTHOR OF LEAD WITHOUT BLAME: BUILDING RESILIENT LEARNING TEAMS.

Michigan Technology Services offers instructor-led Project Management training, as well as Agile and Scrum and Project Management courses, through a partnership with Tricia Broderick.

In a pre-Covid world our training would take place at our location in the Farmington Hills/Novi area, 20 miles outside of Detroit, or at your location anywhere around the world. Our workshops and coaching sessions are now offered both in-person (at our offices or yours) and also online/virtually, reducing your need to travel.

While many educators fly into metro Detroit to deliver Project Management, Scrum and Agile classes at a hotel, and then leave, our core group of trainers and coaches live here, grew up here and/or support the local community. We continue to sponsor regional conferences and meetups. We have successfully run Project Management, Leadership, ScrumMaster and Product Owner courses for multiple teams from globally recognized organizations.

What is the Fundamentals of Project Management workshop?

You often hear about agile teams using an iterative approach to deliver projects and products that are valuable to users.

All while discovering new possibilities through learning and laughter.
