Existing Teams often need substantial support after taking our AI, Leadership, Agile and Scrum courses to get to an effective level of performance.  Our coaching is a light-weight solution for your Teams that provides great ROI. The key to getting to great levels of performance is the effective use of continuous improvement tools, and in particular, the Retrospective.  Our coaching sessions help your existing Teams get to that next level of performance.

There are multiple solutions available.  We work with our local, regional and global clients and will tailor a solution that works for your organization’s needs.

We often start with a kickoff event and follow-up with onsite visits by one of our Certified Enterprise or Certified Team Coaches.  Virtual coaching options are also available.

The coaching and consulting can take place at our location in Farmington Hills, 20 miles outside of Detroit, or onsite at your office anywhere throughout the United States.
