Professional Scrum with Kanban™ (PSK) Training with Michigan Technology Services
Michigan Technology Services offers instructor-led Professional Scrum with Kanban™ (PSK) training, as well as other Agile and Scrum courses, through a partnership with an authorized Scrum.org Kanban trainer.
In a pre-Covid world our training would take place at our location in the Farmington Hills/Novi area, 20 miles outside of Detroit, or at your location anywhere around the world. Our Agile Leadership workshops and Agile coaching sessions are now offered online/virtually, reducing your need to travel.
Why Professional Scrum with Kanban™ (PSK) training?
It isn’t about Scrum OR Kanban anymore. It is about how to bring them together effectively. In The Professional Scrum with Kanban™ (PSK) class, you will learn: 1) how to define and visualize flow using Kanban together with the Scrum artifacts, 2) how to limit Work in Process, 3) how to actively manage and improve the flow in Scrum’s events, and 4) what your role will be when it comes to inspecting and adapting the Scrum Team’s workflow.
Is this PSK workshop is for you?
The Professional Scrum with Kanban course is an intermediate/advanced course specifically designed for experienced ScrumMasters, Leaders/Managers and other Scrum practitioners who have a good understanding of the Scrum framework and are interested to learn techniques for improving flow in a Scrum context.
It is also a good fit for Scrum practitioners looking to improve their team-level practices – and also a good fit for Kanban practitioners looking to add the power of Scrum.
There will be time in class for the Professional Scrum Trainers to provide coaching on flow challenges that you and your classmates may be experiencing.
