About Leadership Education in an AI Era
AI is not a fad, and organizations that successfully integrate AI will enjoy a significant competitive advantage.
Learning AI tools is not enough.
We believe that in this new Generative AI landscape leaders need to apply leadership agility techniques to influence successful adoption at the team and org levels. Traditional leadership paradigms need to be challenged along with a shift in mindset from “AI as a tool” to “AI as a catalyst for business culture change.”
We believe that AI success is every leader’s responsibility, not just IT leaders. As a leader it is imperative that you understand the behavioral shifts needed to foster, create and maintain a positive AI culture.
Our leadership Agility workshop will help you create that AI positive environment for you and your colleagues to succeed.
We offer our impactful 2-day Leadership Agility workshops two ways. First, we offer in-person workshops – in Michigan – or onsite at your location. We also conduct the leadership workshop via two independent online engagements. The first portion is focused on the leader and the second on the organization.
Our in-person workshop follows the learning objectives and meets the requirements for Agile Leadership Journey Certification.
Our online and/or in-person workshop with Scott Dunn follows the learning objectives and meets the requirements for Agile Leadership Journey Certification and also the Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Leadership (CAL 1) Certification.
