Michigan Technology Services offers many Cisco instructor-led courses. Training can take place at our location in Farmington Hills, 20 miles outside of Detroit, where you will sit in a room with one of our instructors, or onsite at your office anywhere throughout the United States.

You’ll have access to both OnDemand Video and Labs as well as Instructor Led QA Sessions and Power Lectures for 3 Months! You will develop a real-world understanding of the operation of modern TCP/IP networks built with Cisco hardware with the most up-to-date technologies that interact in establishing the foundations of today’s internetworks. You will get in-depth instruction in mastering the advanced routing, switching, security and other essential technologies required for the new Cisco Certified Network Associate CCNA Routing and Switching Certification.

Q&A Sessions with Live Instructor

Watching videos on your schedule is a great way to learn. But videos alone don’t answer all your questions. With our On-demand Live course you can ask questions and get answers from a live instructor with our regularly scheduled Q&A Sessions.

Power Lectures with Live Instructors

After many years of teaching ICND to hundreds of students, we know what topics are difficult to grasp. Power Lectures are live online interactive presentations focused on those topics. Not only do you get the lecture but also the ability to ask questions during the lecture to a live instructor.

On-Demand Videos

There are 240 on-demand HD training videos in the ICND courses - more than 30 hours of content. These are not just recording of screenshots and slides. You get a full view of the instructor as they present. Train on your schedule, not ours.

On-Demand Labs

Students get a 25-hour block of official Cisco Learning Lab time. You can use it as you wish over your 3-month subscription. It is a step-by step experience. If you get stuck, answer keys are immediately available.

Video Lab Answer Keys

Get unstuck quickly with our video lab answer keys. These lab answer key not only provide step-by-step instruction but also provides context as to why these steps are important. It is all available on-demand, on your time schedule.

Authorized Courseware

You’ll receive official printed courseware in support of multiple learning styles, giving you the ability to read, listen and do. A high-quality headset is provided in the mail for interactive Q&A and Power Lectures.
