Michigan Technology Services offers Customer Journey Mapping and instructor-led Agile and Scrum training and coaching through partnerships with Certified Scrum Trainers and Enterprise Coaches, like Stuart Young. Our training takes place at our location in the Farmington Hills/Novi area, 20 miles outside of Detroit, or at your location anywhere around the world. Our Agile workshops and Agile coaching sessions can also be offered online/virtually, reducing your need to travel.

The best products and services can only be designed around the basic needs, motivations and behaviors of your end users. The art of Customer Journey Mapping enables teams to visualize the experience of a person using a particular service (or product), broken down into a series of steps and interactions over time.

During this workshop we will provide individuals with a blend of Visual Thinking, Systems Thinking, Creative Storyboarding and Customer Journey Mapping tools and techniques to explore a customer experience. Once a Customer Journey has been mapped, we will support you to create a service blueprint of supporting backstage processes.

Stuart is a professional trainer, consultant and visual practitioner. He specializes in Agile, Product, Visual Facilitation and Emotional intelligence, offering a range of certified and non-certified training programs complemented by Visual Storytelling services.  He has harnessed his creative skills to translate concepts and processes into engaging visuals during workshops, events and conferences. Our Customer Journey Mapping workshop will take place on Thursday and Friday, March 27 and 28, 2025. While we are located in Farmington Hills the March Customer Journey Mapping workshop will be instructor led, live online/virtual.
