Professional Coaching as Leaders with Tricia Broderick and Michigan Technology Services

AN ICAgile COACHING WORKSHOP CREATED BY THE CO-AUTHOR OF LEAD WITHOUT BLAME: BUILDING RESILIENT LEARNING TEAMS.

Michigan Technology Services offers instructor-led Professional Coaching training, as well as other Agile and Scrum courses, through a partnership with Tricia Broderick.

Our February 27-28, 2025, Professional Coaching as Leaders session will be conducted in-person, in Troy, Michigan.

While many educators fly into metro Detroit to deliver Coaching, Scrum and Agile classes at a hotel, and then leave, our core group of trainers and coaches live here, grew up here and/or support the local Agile community. We continue to sponsor regional Agile conferences and meetups. We have successfully run Agile Leadership, ScrumMaster and Product Owner courses for multiple teams from globally recognized organizations.

What is the Professional Coaching as Leaders workshop?

This Professional Coaching as Leaders workshop is focused on helping leaders empower their teams through uncertainty. This workshop verifies an in-depth understanding of the tools, skills, and techniques needed to utilize the skill of professional coaching to unlock wisdom to deliver value more effectively. Course participants develop their skills through practical, hands-on exercises and guidance from an expert instructor.

  • Foundational skills for professional coaching
  • Mentoring, teaching, and facilitation approaches and tools
  • Strategies & tools for coaching teams and individuals
  • Strategies for handling conflict and uncertainty

Your Workshop Leader:

Tricia Broderick, co-author of Lead without Blame, will teach this workshop. She is a leadership and organizational advisor. Tricia has over twenty-five years of experience in the software development industry. Her transformational leadership, at all levels of an organization, ignites the growth of leaders and high performing teams to deliver quality outcomes. Tricia boldly role models putting people first. Her aim is to create inclusive connections and collaborations that challenge and support people in an authentic, vulnerable, and engaging way. Our next in-person public Professional Coaching as Leaders workshop with Tricia Broderick will take place Thursday and Friday, February 27-28, 2025. It will be conducted at Walsh College in Troy, Michigan.  The regular course fee is $1,895/student, but early enrollment, prior to February 20, is $1,695/student.

Please note that Tricia’s workshops typically sell out.
