Scrum at Scale Training with Michigan Technology Services
Michigan Technology Services offers instructor-led Scrum at Scale (Scrum@Scale) training, as well as other Agile and Scrum courses, through partnerships with Scrum, Inc. authorized Trainers, many of whom are also highly experienced Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainers and coaches. Our training takes place at our location in the Farmington Hills/Novi area, 20 miles outside of Detroit, or at your location anywhere around the world. Our Agile workshops and Agile coaching sessions can also be offered virtually, reducing your need to travel.
While many CST’s fly into metro Detroit to deliver Scrum and Agile classes at a hotel, like Scrum@Scale, and then leave, we live here and support the local Agile community. We continue to sponsor regional Agile conferences and meetups. We have successfully run Agile and Certified ScrumMaster courses for multiple teams in the Great Lakes area.
What is Scrum at Scale (Scrum@Scale) training?
Scrum@Scale naturally extends the core Scrum framework to deliver hyper-productive results across industries and disciplines, including software, hardware, services, operations, and R&D.
In our 2-day course, you will learn how to apply fundamental Scrum and Lean product development skills to scale Scrum from one to many teams across any sized initiative.
As a Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner you will be prepared to:
- Facilitate cross team collaboration and release planning with tens, hundreds or thousands of people
- Create and prioritize a transformation Backlog to overcome impediments to scaling
- Measure and improve key Scrum metrics at an Enterprise level
- Deliver 5 times as much work without adding new teams
The Scrum@Scale course teaches the responsibilities of the Product Owner, individual Scrum teams, and enterprise leadership in a variety of large-scale contexts.
Is the Scrum@Scale course right for me?
Are you a CSM? CSPO? A coach? A manager? A leader? An engineer?
Are you ready to unleash the full potential of your organization or those of your clients?
Are you on the hook to respond to rapid organizational change by “Embracing Agile” as outlined in the Harvard Business Review?
Do you need a detailed but context-specific solution for your scaling problem?
Are you ready to reduce waste across your organization?
Are you ready to experience hyper-productivity?
Do you dream of disrupting the competition?
If you answered yes to one or more of these, you’re ready for Scrum at Scale.
— Jeff Sutherland, Co-Creator of Scrum
