Virtual Agile Meetup with Pete Behrens and Michigan Technology Services

Michigan Technology Services offers instructor-led Agile and Scrum training and coaching. We collaborate with stellar people –like Pete Behrens, a globally recognized Agile Leadership educator and coach. Our training takes place at our location in the Farmington Hills/Novi area, 20 miles outside of Detroit, or at your location anywhere around the world. Our Agile workshops and Agile coaching sessions can also be offered virtually, reducing your need to travel.

While many trainers fly into metro Detroit to deliver Scrum and Agile classes at a hotel, and then leave, we live here and support the local Agile community. We continue to sponsor regional Agile conferences and meetups. We have successfully run Agile and Certified ScrumMaster, Product Owner and Agile Leadership courses for multiple teams from globally recognized organizations. We also provide Agile coaching for great companies, helping them with their Agile journey.

We are planning a series of free virtual meetups for our Agile friends.

Virtual Agile Leadership

In this meetup Pete will talk about Agile Leadership, how being an Agile leader benefits not only your organization but also you, personally. He will also discuss and demonstrate how we have adapted during the COVID-19 pandemic and shifted our Agile Leadership education to an online format. Finally, we will talk about how you can be an effective virtual Agile leader. Pete will share his experiences and stories from the roads less traveled by leaders and organizations who are shaping Agile cultures.

Pete is our Agile Leadership instructor. Pete guides leaders to transform themselves and their organizations toward Agile ways of working and improved outcomes. He is a Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) Educator. He has been educating Agile leaders since 2011, developed the CAL Program for the Scrum Alliance in 2016 and founded the Agile Leadership Journey Program in 2018. Further, he is a Thought Leader and Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) through the Scrum Alliance. Pete developed the CEC Program for the Scrum Alliance in 2007.

We will end with Pete answering some of your questions. We expect some great conversations.
