Intermediate AI Mastery Training with Michigan Technology Services

Michigan Technology Services offers instructor-led Intermediate AI Mastery training and coaching, as well as other AI, Leadership, Agile and Scrum courses, through a partnership with a number of AI trainers and enterprise coaches.

While we are located in the Farmington Hills/Novi area, 20 miles outside of Detroit, our training can take place at your location anywhere around the world. Our Intermediate AI Mastery workshops and coaching sessions are now offered both in-person and online/virtually, reducing your need to travel. Yes, we do still provide onsite training.

While many educators fly into metro Detroit to deliver AI and Agile classes at a hotel, and then leave, our core group of trainers and coaches live here, grew up here and/or support the local business community. We continue to sponsor regional conferences and meetups. We have successfully run AI, Leadership Agility, ScrumMaster and Product Owner courses for multiple teams from globally recognized organizations.

What is the Intermediate AI Mastery workshop?

Reviewing the “Core Four” prompt framework and addressing real-world hurdles faced since the Beginner session.

Advanced Data Classification:

Moving beyond simple summaries to categorizing internal data, identifying trends, and ensuring QA.

Workflow Automation Basics:

Introduction to “AI Agents” and automating repetitive tasks using Microsoft Power Automate or Copilot, or other tools.

Departmental Design Lab:

Hands-on Practice: Breakouts by group (Accounting, Marketing, IT, Ops) to build Custom Instructions/GPT Personas.

Improving ROI:

How to measure time saved and output quality. Prioritizing use cases by high-impact/low-effort.

QA and Feedback Loop:

Establishing a peer-review process for AI-generated content to ensure organizational standards are met.
