PMI Agile Certified Practitioner Training with Michigan Technology Services

PMI-ACP Exam Prep

Michigan Technology Services offers instructor-led PMI Agile Certified Practitioner training, as well as other Agile and Scrum courses, through a joint venture with Peak Training, a PMI Authorized Training Partner.

In a pre-Covid world our training would take place at our location in the Farmington Hills/Novi area, 20 miles outside of Detroit, or at your location anywhere around the world. Our PMI ACP workshops and Agile training and coaching sessions are now offered online/virtually, reducing your need to travel.  We do still provide onsite training.

While many educators fly into metro Detroit to deliver Scrum and Agile classes at a hotel, and then leave, our core group of trainers and coaches live here, grew up here and/or support the local Agile community. We continue to sponsor regional Agile conferences and meetups. We have successfully run Agile Leadership, ScrumMaster and Product Owner courses for multiple teams from globally recognized organizations.

What is the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner workshop?

This course meets the 21-hour education requirement for exam eligibility. We also offer an optional exam simulator with 1,000+ questions. The PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® is evidence of your real-world, hands-on experience and skill as part of an agile team. A PMI certification can help you move into a formal project role, as well as to learn best practices that align to the global standards set by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

We also provide our PMI-ACP students with access to self-paced Scrum and Disciplined Agile courses.

Schedule:

A public PMI-ACP workshop will be offered in 2024.   The course fee is $ 1,195/student. Early enrollment is typically $995/student. The PMI-ACP exam fee is a separate expense. While we are located in Farmington Hills the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner workshop will be instructor led, live and online.

We recommend, but don’t require, that students spend some time with a PMI-ACP exam simulator. It is available for a separate $71 fee.
